Yeah Dex OldBikes as you'd know, the motor and manifold and the clutch actuator arm all need and some mods to work

        - removed a small amount of aluminium from engine mounts to fit frame
        - cut and shut two manifolds, carby sits slitly of centre to the LHS to allow access to idle screw
        - reshaped inner frame skin RHS to allow custom manifold to fit
        - 90deg bend to actuator arm to enable full clutch travel without hitting frame
        - pumped rear swing arm to accommodate 130 rear tyre, machined new longer rear axel from high carbon steel, offset sprokets to get chain around the tyre

pain in the butt to tune the carby, she's still running a little rich, carbie in carbie out carbie in you get the picture

I’ve just bought my first Chaly that I’ve been trying to buy for years. Some of you would have seen it here before.

                  sweet
You have two parts of brain, 'left' and 'right'. In the left side, there's nothing right. In the right side, there's nothing left.

Your Chaly looks great, i like the yellow rims also, with mine once id strpped down a few layers of paint you could see it was factory yellow and the head light bucket plastic internal colour was yellow , i still may swing back to original colour yellow with white fenders one day
