  • Honda Cub winter build , sort of rst bike

Ok so tonight i got the Lifan motor in place to see what i needed to modify to make it fit ..
Big suprise for me as it bolted straight in , only need to bend out the brake arm a touch and its a perfect fit .
I love it when a plan comes together.....

if you want to save the time and effort of extending the foot peg bar to fit the lifan you can run the clutch cover from your original engine. you will need to use the original honda clutch adjuster set up. It works as i’ve tried it.

The issue now is the arse end of the bike , do i leave the rear standard or give it the chop.

agree with diggs. you may not be roadworthy if you chop it.

I’ll have one you can have free. just pay postage. there’s a difference between 50 and 90 cc. can you modify if not the right one as i think inonly have 90cc ones.
