it's a 108 NEW STD kit and kitaco recommends 22mm to 28mm!, but will give the PC20 a shot. Gimme the Jet settings you think will work Matty when handy. Still got heaps of work before it's ready.

interesting.. this guideline even goes down to PC18mm for 106 and also a gives a starting point for the vm26.

So maybe starting point, 90 main 38 pilot for the PC20?

          20 -22.5 idle jet and 130-160 main jet. For a vm20.

The pc might work differently. What is the pilot in there now?

26 is too big. See how it needs a big 170 main just to cope with the airflow.

35 pilot and 95 main in there now, that's the default for 80cc. It idle well with the 75cc but very sluggish taking off. I don't have anything bigger than 95 so will have to order some.

engine ready, just need to put the rest of the bike back together, source some indicators, clutch lever and cable then we'll be back on the road again, until it needs rebuilding again...

Hey Babu, sorry, I went searching & didn't find the blinkers, unsure what I've done with them.
Try Vintage Avenue or BKK_classic bike

Babu. Try the 95 main before I send jets. Looks like it will be close as it is.

No worries, just found an old carb with a 105 in it and what looks like a bigger pilot too so will give them a go too when it's all back together. Thanks.

almost there...indicators and clutch lever to go. A bit of a waste of time taking it apart and then putting back together but now has a new motor and wheel bearings.. .

Oil catch tank and cooler or will that stuff up the clean look of the bike?

                              Hi all,
Looking for an exhaust for this bike and where to buy, something that suits the 108cc. This minimoto one feels restrictive. Is the taki stock looking exhaust any good?
                              Thanks!
