    1999 Z50r build

Been on the back burner for 10 years
Was rotting away on a property, found it in 2008.
Motor was dead , a full rebuild was done
    New barrel,piston and rings
Top end done new valves valve guides, stem seals
    Honda gasket kit
Was stripped down and blasted 10 years ago and has sat in a bucket since

Shame to repaint that 88 tank. They are hard to find. Best to sell it separately. Ive got a few 90s Z50r tanks you could use.

I found the matching tank brand new, and built a nice road going ‘88 Z50R

I haven’t heard from the Poonrat in many years, but crashing his wedding on Z50’s was fun.

So the replacement seat cover from Honda didn’t have the 50r printed on it for some reason and if I remember correctly it was the last one Honda had in stock in 2008,
Luckily I have another one I can copy off
Was all hand cut with an exacto knife on vinyl wrap and applied by hand,
Painted with some automotive vinyl paint
Also got the paint done in 2k as well waiting on some decals from jerry(thanks Jamie)

Sure mate I used debeer basecoat with 2k clear no spray cans
I took the new side cover to my local paint supplier and they used some fancy machine to tell me the code, I can send it you later if you like, it’s very close imo.
