    Daytona / Nissin Master cylinder tidy up

    So.

    I put a Daytona / Shift up disc kit on my z50a. Kit works great, but the bars have struck me as a bit "busy".

    The reservoir looked a bit oversized to my eye:

    Looking around, I found this to suit the nissin caliper on a triumph:

    To fit it, there's no manual. So I thought I'd throw a few photos together in case it helps someone else:

    Pull the old res:

    Lift the rubber:

    Pop the circlip:

    Pull out the elbow, circlip, rubber and o-ring:

    Put the o-ring on the new.....um.....thingy:

    push in and then refit the circlip:

    Push the rubber back over:

    Screw the new reservoir on. There is an allen key slot inside it to hold while you tighten it:

    All done; ready to fill and re-bleed as needed:

    Pretty happy with how it tuned out. The bike is still a work in process with plenty left to do; but I'm happy with how this made the bars look:
