Not worth as much as the cz100's behind it.

    I don't know Belgium values..

It's the z50m French model. Very nice. Looks quite complete less tank badges.

I know but I think he has the badges...
What are the International prices for this type? Has the small headlight type more value?

    Thx!

I'm skeptical when someone's first post is "what is this worth?". This isnt a valuation site.

Welcome to the forum, great find.

If you have a look through the "Monkey Bikes For Sale" section in the classifieds there are a few examples for sale.

In Australia a Z50M should fetch between AU$5000.00 and AU$10000.00 obviously depending on condition and/or parts missing.

    Cheers

Thanks to you all for the information.
I know the cmsnl website, I ordered there a lot for my z50j1, st50, st70 and some chinabikes.
The reason why i came here for the value question is that there was a big lot for sale in belgium and the buyer want to stay anonymous. (3 z50m, 2 cz100, dream 50, dream 50 R brand new, a huge amount of nos parts for every type of bike,...)
So I can't ask the question in belgium, the netherlands, France,... or everyone knows that the bikes and parts are with someone I know.
And I saw that there was a thread here on the forum so there were a lot of people who know something about the type of bike. In Belgium there are only a few people who has there real correct information.
    Thx to you all!

    Cleaned it up a bit...
owner fix the electronics, make the engine run, tank emblem and the front brake.
Missing parts: seat holder, rear brake arm, horn and kickstarter

Probably have a deal under 4000 AUS dollar.

The seat holder and catch are still available new, same with kick starter. The horn could be a bit tricky to find but the bracket is still available .

Do you think 2500€ (3777aus dollar) is a good price?

The owner has everything NOS (4-5horns, seats, fendersets,...) so finding the parts won't be difficult

The frame has a broken spine,
You can see how it’s been welded and reinforced which is normal as the French like to eat a lot of cheeses and paistries hence the extra weight that made it break in the first place

2500 sounds cheap but you'll prob want to allow another 2500 to fix the frame-hoop looks welded too, new rear fender etc.. and do a proper restore, looks like there's plenty that needs doing...

As far as I know, there was three types of badges, the enameled ones as you've pictured, clear plastic ones painted from behind and brass (?) ones coated with thick plastic. My M had the plastic ones, Aussie delivered. The French ones are rare so you'll probably have to scour the net for pictures.

Thx! It still needs a lot of work. The engine is in pieces to renew some parts, we galvanised every bolt and screw, rims,...
The exhaust needs some welding work. I orderd a replica tartan seat cover and a seat catcher.
Togehter with a friends English project

the galvanised parts and the polished parts
