Fitting my cheapo tyres was easier than I thought. Layed one rim half on cardboard on the bench. Bit of dishwashing liquid and slid the tyre over. Put the tube in and located the valve. Put the second half on and squeezed rims together to put the bolts and nuts on. I then slowly inflated the tyre so the beads popped over. De-flated the tyre and tightened all bolts then re-inflated. No levers, screwdrivers or hammers required. I know some tyres are probably a lot tighter and harder to get on but this worked well for me.
