    Hello all!

Been a long time so dropping in to say hi!

I have been logging on every now and then for the last week or so but no new post, is there something wrong with the website? :-)

Looking to finish off some of my bikes and have forgotten everything I knew about zeds unfortunately, I have a short memory.

I need a recommendation on a carby for a honda 4sp bottom end with a new Kitaco 88cc top end in a hardtail. I rebuilt the engine before i stopped and have forgotten what I had planned, can't find a carby anywhere so I need to get one I guess.

    Thanks!
    Thuc

hi Thuc been a while mate, i'd go for maybe a vm 20, give jaimie a try or these blokes are in SA i think. https://www.mikunioz.com/product-cat...v=6cc98ba2045f just had a look they are in QLD. jaimie has some, https://classichonda50saustralia.com...0-tbw0602.html. engines requires the TBW0263 or TBW0273 intake as i think from memory the port is not quite center to the bolts on these. cheers
You have two parts of brain, 'left' and 'right'. In the left side, there's nothing right. In the right side, there's nothing left.

      Thanks znut!

vm20 sounds familiar, i'll check the parts bin again... 20mm is not big for an 88cc? My ct70 Kitaco 108cc is running a 20mm Kehin PC20 and that runs really well.

you can put on a smaller one, but that will restrict it if your going for max top end power. i think with the 88 kit their about 11 to 1 compression so the extra compression lets you get away with using it.........you'll sort it out, your no dummy.
