CT110 Engine onto z50R

Hey guys,
Is anyone able to help me with this wiring. I bought a z50R with a Lifan 110 engine in it, already worked, but i took the bike apart to restore it and now cant figure out where the wiring went. Would I be right in saying it just needs the cdi , coil and a kill switch wired up the rest are just left overs from what ever that harness is out of?

I have no idea because I'm not sure what the wires are that I already got with the bike

The blue/yellow and green(or green/white)pair coming off your loom plug into the 2 wires coming from the pulse generator on the side of the head, unpeel the tape at the end to see which one is which. Plug the 4 pin plug from loom to engine, plug the two 6 pin plugs together and i assume the remaining 2 wires from the loom would be your kill switch but usually on a ct110 they are black/white and green so I'm not sure about those . Dont forget to get a good clean earth at your igntion coil
