  • Need help fresh moto rebuild no compression

Hey guys so I have a sl70 motor that I did the top end on because it had no compression.
I changed the piston head and jug to a 50cc
Today I went to crack it but it seemed to have not alot of compression granted the exhuast is off if that makes any difference.
When trying to pull the kick start by handing its pretty hard but with leg its pretty easy.
I have checked vavles and they seem right.
    Any suggestions would be great.

Pull plug out and put finger over hole, give it a kick, should give a good 'fssst' (technical term for enough compression)
Is the motor actually spinning over when you kick it, or just a turn or two?
Once I thought I was wrong, I was mistaken

yeah but its not like a hard compression .I was leaking oil from the magneto I relaised I didnt replace the o ring that goes around there so hopefully when my order comes in it fixes it

That shouldn't make any differenced to the running, be just like the motor running without the dip stick
what type of head and piston are you using? early, mid,or late model??

May be you expecting too much on a 50cc?
